My photographic practice is inspired by my own personal life experiences as well as drawing upon my own areas of interest including sexuality, art history and psychology. I ensure I leave a part of myself in every image I make. My photography is characterised by a dark, decadent aesthetic which compliments the themes I am keen to explore within fashion image making. I work primarily on film, as I feel it gives my images an extra level of depth, but I am fully competent in digital photography too and have worked professionally in a studio for over a year. I am currently in my final year of a fashion photography degree at Leeds Arts University.
I have had my work published by a variety of platforms including Vogue Italia/PhotoVogue, Boys by Girls, Feroce and MOB Journal, as well as currently working on a self-publication, exploring the artistic expression of the symptoms I experience with my ME.
I have also been part of group exhibitions and had a solo exhibition as part of Wakefield Art Walk.
