Jacob Chambers is based in Manchester. Jacob has right side Hemiplegia & ADHD.
He has attended Manchester School of Acting every Saturday for many years. Jacob played the part of a brother, Sammy, in Creeped Out 2. The main part - Lemar - in a short film, Liccle Bit. Has modelled for Getty Images and featured in the Paralympics Advert in 2021.
Alongside modelling and acting, Jacob is also a competitive Swimmer at international level.
