Matilda Lansdown is a brand development consultant by day, mainly working behind-the-scenes in the beauty and fashion industries. Born with a cleft lip and palate, she is passionate about advocating for inclusivity and diversity in beauty standards.

Matilda is a British Beauty Council DEI committee member, furthering her commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. As an Ambassador for Smile Train, for almost 10 years, she supports individuals with cleft conditions globally. Matilda’s resilience and creativity have inspired many, looking to make a significant impact in her industry; like being the cleft affected person selling a lipstick in a brand campaign. Outside of her career, she enjoys spending time with her family and dog Nigel, shopping, and attending cultural events and festivals.
