Cannes Lions is the home of creativity that drives progress. The Festival is where insight, innovation and ideas come together to showcase the best of creative business and celebrate work that’s changing the world.
Between the networking, learning and Awards, it’s where history gets made. I’m delighted to be contributing to that history by speaking about the Inclusion Revolution at Cannes Lions 2025. I can’t wait to share the stage with the amazing Charlotte Marian Pearson, Emma Lines and Natalie-Amber Freegard. They will be speaking about their lived experience of disability, as well as how brands can move from intention to action and why inclusion benefits everyone.
About the speakers

Laura Winson is Founder & Director at Zebedee Talent, representing visibly different & trans/non binary models & actors. She offers bespoke training advice and guidance around inclusive casting and practices on set to brands, creative agencies and educational establishments. She has featured in publications such as Forbes and Vogue Business, as well as a guest for the BBC.
Laura is recognised as an honorary fellow at the Conde Nast College of Fashion, and Zebedee has been acknowledged for its achievements as BFC Changemakers Award Finalist and National Diversity Awards finalist as well as Grazia's most influential women in business. Most recently, she was named as one of the Insider Media 42 under 42 business stars of the future.
"Real representation means sharing the mic, not just holding it."

Charlotte Marian Pearson is a strategist, speaker, model, and founder of The MosaiQs, a platform reshaping what true inclusion looks like across media, education, and culture.
A neurodivergent woman and SEND parent-carer, Charlotte has spent over 15 years leading social impact work that drives real change, from grassroots activism to national campaigns. She brings lived experience and sharp strategy together to shift narratives, influence policy, and create spaces where underrepresented voices aren’t just included—they’re centred.
Alongside her advocacy, Charlotte is a successful model, from walking Paris runways to collaborating with brands like Vogue, Sephora, and Boots. Her work challenges outdated standards of visibility, championing representation that is authentic, not performative.
“Inclusion isn’t a favour, it’s the foundation. Visibility without a voice is decoration. Without building the structure, it’s just empty walls and broken promises.
“You don’t need to have lived it to change it, you just have to care enough to stop looking away.”

Emma Lines has Charcot Marie Tooth type 2. She is a full time wheelchair user who is a model, speaker, and unapologetic disability advocate.
Emma has Charcot Marie Tooth type 2. Emma has Charcot Marie Tooth type 2 (a group of inherited conditions that damage the peripheral nerves, causing muscle weakness). She is a full time wheelchair user who is a model, speaker, and unapologetic disability advocate.
Emma is passionate about disabled rights, raising awareness and increasing representation. She has spoken in Parliament several times for
Muscular Dystrophy UK on the rights and attitudes within society towards disabled people.
“Inclusion doesn’t take away from others—it just opens the door wider.”

Natalie-Amber Freegard has Crohn's disease. She is a presenter, model, and visibility advocate who campaigns for Scar & Body Acceptance.
Natalie began modelling from the age of six and has appeared on big brand campaigns over the years such as CBBC, Adidas, Lloyds Chemist, Pretty Little thing, House of Fraser to name a few. She uses her social media platform to break stigmas and is an official ambassador for Crohn’s and Colitis UK.
“The only difference between ignorance and understanding? The willingness to ask, listen, and learn.”
